Objectives: to determine morphological and immunohistochemical changes in the placentas of displaced pregnant women order further improve antenatal monitoring program.Materials methods. 96 (the main group) took part prospective study, who depending on therapy were divided into: group I – 65 monitored according generally accepted recommendations received routine for prolonging pregnancy, II 31 proposed treatment prophylactic complex (micronized progesterone, magnesium citrate combination with pyridoxine hydrochloride, iron fumarate, a multivitamin 200 mg docosahexaenoic acid, medical psychological support women). The control consisted 39 living at territories controlled by Ukraine. duration observation was 2 years. Placentas examined organometric, macroscopic, general histological methods.Results.
